de ruta creada en el territorio en materia de consumo de productos ecol\u00f3gicos, de temporada y de proximidad en comedores colectivos, buscando establecer acciones de mejora a nivel de producci\u00f3n, log\u00edstica, distribuci\u00f3n y en los propios puntos de consumo.<\/p><p>La fase actual del proyecto surge en 2023 como resultado de la reflexi\u00f3n sobre la situaci\u00f3n de
